Who we are & what we do

The Alliance was founded in 2020. There are three core focus areas of the business - Advisory, Bloodstock and Niches. The Advisory team have identified and secured significant development opportunities for it's group of supporters which provides opportunity within short, medium and long term markets. Highland Bloodstock currently has two syndication opportunities in Sioux Nation colt - Among the Trees and former OTI Galloper - Erskine Falls. Highland Niches has a number of sales suites on the ground in the north west of Victoria with more in production and available for lease. Click the logos to learn more.

Advisory board

The Advisory Board consists of Christopher, Scott and Jacklyn with specialist advice on finance and procurement provided by our industry partners. The board provides direction on development strategy and acquisitions in conjunction with development packing and lead generation for those who want to take on a passive position.

Christopher Constantine

Christopher founded Highland Advisory to share his development and wealth generation experience with like minded individuals and professionals. As a former finalist of the Urban Development Institute of Australia Young Professional of the Year and secretary of the Association of Land Development Engineers – Gippsland sub-committee he has a wide network of contacts within the development industry. Chris is a Director of tier-one land development consultant and sits on the board of a number of not for profit community organisations.

Scott McJannet

Scott is a Chartered Engineer with 15+ years in project feasibility and delivery. His specific focus has been residential subdivision within Victoria's north and west growth corridors. Scott is well regarded within the industry for his holistic approach to development management with his technical expertise setting him apart from the field in this space.

Jacklyn Stevens

Jacklyn has gained extensive experience in both infrastructure and planning services across the private and public sectors. She has 20 years' experience in stakeholder engagement and technical assessment with specific focus within the Gippsland Region.
